The bad part about it all is that this is a moot point. Fairfax Co has been
dispatching via MDT for YEARS... in fact IIRC, they were among the first in
this area (similar to their being among the first in this area to migrate to
the newly opened "800s"). Of course it doesn't matter when reporters in the
media make statements like the ones you posted!
