[Scan-DC] Montgomery County Talkgroup Change?

Over the past few days I've noticed traffic that seems to be county police dispatches in the Rockville district (-Adam and -Baker units) on Talkgroup 16560), but this TG is tagged as Gaithersburg Government 1.  I'm still receiving traffic on TG 14736, the "regular" TG for MCP Rockville dispatch.  I think the stuff on 16560 seems to be in the Potomac area... just heard an incident near Falls Road and Glen Road.

Update, the call I just heard was on Boswell Lane, supposedly a homeowner came home and saw a ladder up against his house, heard glass breaking and yelling... few mins later canine reported one in custody and wanted Fire/Rescue for a dog bite... but Fire hasn't dispatched anything in nine minutes...

Am beginning to wonder if this TG is now being used for training... anyone have any idea what might be going on?
