[Scan-DC] Mobile Phone Scanning Apps?

One thing I forgot to mention... the handheld does have one significant
advantage to the phone. You can't control the scanner over the telephone.
So, if you are listening to something interesting, and it scans away from
that channel and a new conversation starts, its a bit annoying.
