[Scan-DC] Mobile Phone Scanning Apps?

I use BB Scanner on my BB Phone. It uses the Radio Reference backbone as its
transmission method. I LOVE IT! It allows you to select what you want to
listen to based on where you are, or you can select an area. It allows you
to bookmark favorites. And you can set up custom scanners if RR doesn't
carry it. It doesn't use all that much battery power, either.
