[Scan-DC] Guardian Angels Radio Freqs?

It's been a year or two, but I've definitely heard guardian angels on MPD's 1st District talkgroup. My guess is they're given the same older Motorola Sabres that are issued to recruit officers while in the academy.

Yesterday I saw several "Guardian Angels" on the Metro system and at
the Cherry Blossom Parade. One of them appeared to be carrying a VHF
portable radio. I wasn't able to get a good look at it, but it looked
like an older model. Anyone ever seen this/know the frequency?
