Yesterday I saw several "Guardian Angels" on the Metro system and at the Cherry Blossom Parade. One of them appeared to be carrying a VHF portable radio. I wasn't able to get a good look at it, but it looked like an older model. Anyone ever seen this/know the frequency? Thanks, Dave
