[Scan-DC] Prince Georges County P-25 System

FD seems to be still on the old system and are still dispatching out on the 
 old channels;  unless all of the channels are simulcast.

new  system is operational.  Realizing that only select talkgroups (FD 
only)  can be monitored, has anyone monitored increased activity on the P-25 
system,  and updated the FD and select PD talkgroup assignments?  Nothing has
