[Scan-DC] Fire Hydrants and Other Off Topic Messages

Granted, the messages/threads can frequently be loosely related to the topic at best, but personally I find most of it interesting.

Is this list moderated?  When I joined, I thought it was - I think I can remember one message from a moderator years ago, if that.  I've been on and off many email lists and forums, and I like the fact
that on this list, if it is moderated, that the mods seem to pretty
much have a hands-off policy...
