We have breaking news out of Downtown Baltimore where a high rise rescue is underway. 

Fire crews are outside the building at 801 Lancaster Street where a window washer is stuck outside the 12th floor of a building.

Baltimore City Fire spokesman tells ABC2NEWS.COM that the man's lines to his scaffolding appear to have gotten jammed blocking his ability to maneuver.
