[Scan-DC] Bearcat BCT15X for MD/VA use?

Hi...I know i'm several years behind the curve, but I think I'll go ahead and purchase a scanner that can deal with trunked systems.  I'm leaning toward the BCT15X, but given my inability to keep up with what's going on in the scanning world, was wondering if the analog trunk capacity will be sufficient for use in the MD/VA area.  Have a lot of utility/Rescue/LE scanning targets moved to digital yet?  Is it worth saving for a scanner that can decode P25 traffic (those that are unencrypted, that is).....

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
