[Scan-DC] Motorcade on Pennsylvania Avenue

I walked from the Judiciary Square Metro stop to the Archives Metro stop
this afternoon, starting at about 4:45 p.m. There was a helicopter
hovering over the east end of the Mall. It circled counterclockwise over
the Capitol and then headed west  toward the White House. By the time I
got to the Archives stop, MPD motorcycle officers had Pennsylvania
blocked. I could see the headlights approaching from the west. Among the
fleet of cars headed east were two lookalike Cadillac limos with seals on
the doors. I suppose Obama or Biden was inside one of them. They went
past at 4:53 p.m. Whoever it was, he might still be on Capitol Hill. I
had my scanner with me. 169.225 MHz was busy; that's a Capitol Police
frequency.
