On the C&O Canal the rangers used to use 10-100 as a DB (dead body).
Prince William County used 10-100 as a SWAT team activation
VDOT used 10-100 as an employee needs help
The APCO Expanded 10 codes list 10-100 as Police needed
So much for interoperabilty.

Ditto! For the record, is that the Capitol Police 10-code? And do any other
jurisdictions around here use the same thing for a suspicious package?
(Maybe in my "spare time" I'll try to start collecting a set of ten-codes
and other codes that are/were in use around here and correlate all of
them...)
