[Scan-DC] 10-100 at the U.S. Capitol

Ditto!  For the record, is that the Capitol Police 10-code?  And do any other jurisdictions around here use the same thing for a suspicious package?

(Maybe in my "spare time" I'll try to start collecting a set of ten-codes and other codes that are/were in use around here and correlate all of them...)
