[Scan-DC] Shots fired on I-270

County police said a black pickup, last seen near Route 28 (Rockville area); 

Another state car called in and said he was sitting near Montrose but hadn't seen it, but that as just now and the lookout went out 10 mins ago or so... that mutha's gawn by now... he's either all the way to Silver Spring or over into VA if he stayed on the interstate..
