[Scan-DC] Shots fired on I-270

Maryland State Police just put out a lookout for a black truck, make unknown, partial MD agricultural tag of 103, Southbound I-270 @exit 9, subject firing a weapon out the window of the truck...

Exit 9 is around I-370 I guess... I don't know the exit #s, but Montgomery Pillage Avenue is exit 11... the next exit south would be 370, then Shady Grove Road.

Now they're saying it was a rifle that the "subject" was firing...
