Hello,
Thank you for responding. It's not originating from there. That's the
basic area I'm in and the signal is too weak.
And I forgot to mention, no talkgroups observed as of yet. I'm not sure
if it's because it's a new system or if the signal strength I'm receiving is
too weak for the control channel to get a good decode.

The center also hosts the VA State Police (why arent they called the
Commonwealth Police...?), the regional medical examiner, VDOT, the primary
"Emergency Operations Center" for the County and has liaison facilities with all
of the locally interested parties (FBI, CIA, DOD, etc) since they have
assets in the county. Would make sense they have an antenna there.
