[Scan-DC] 171.4375 P25 CC Northern Virginia

Hello,
 
I have been receiving this in the area of I66/Rt. 50 in Fairfax  County.  
It's about 2-3 bars on the BCD396T and is indicating a system ID  of 0715, 
site 0124.  WACN BEE0A.  That system ID matches the U.S. Dept  of Justice: 
Integrated Wireless network.
 
Maybe we have a new site here in DC along with site 160?
 
I'm wondering if it could be further west at the new FBI facility in  
Manassas?
