[Scan-DC] FW: Weather/Road Update from Arlington County

I **believe** that it's already a record for December snowfall.  IIRC, the
previous December record was something like 11 inches, and we're supposedly
to already be over a foot.

Wow.  Metrorail stopped running above ground at 1:00 p.m. and the NWS is now
calling this a blizzard... I saw on one of the TV station websites that this
will be a record storm... shazamm!
