EASY!!
Yes sir indeed I do know, its a USSS Presidential Support Vehicle. If you look closer its a fully armored vehicle to include run-flat tires and more. I think the most unique aspect of the vehicle is the detail of the tires and rims. This is the same vehicle that struck and killed the pedestrian on Suitland Parkway at Naylor Road about a month ago if you can remember the incident. I just compared the pictures I have of the vehicle involved in that fatal crash on Suitland Parkway to the images you sent and the pictures are identical. The pictures I have were V-POTUS (Vice President of the United States) vehicles that they fly around the country for transport.
Hope I answered your question....

That is one of several versions of the White House Communications
Agency vehicles that travels with the President. When in the
Presidential motorcades, they are known as ROADRUNNER. Some versions
have more antennas, some less.
There have been reports of these type vehicles accompanying other
VIP's including high ranking members of the military in the DC area.
The January issue of Monitoring Times will have a write up on these
vehicles.
