I just went through this, as I broke the original one that came with my PRO-197. wound up getting the replacement one from GRE, but it was in the same price range as you describe ($19.99). Of course, the shipping ate me up, I think it was about $7.50. I can say that the quality is excellent, but it sure hurt to ante up that much!
