[Scan-DC] Arlington responding to electrocution of two

Pretty sad. They are/were both County workers who had worked all night. I
wonder if fatigue is partly to blame? The News Channel 8 story confirms that
it had something to do with the work lights they were maneuvering at the
site of the water main break. The scanner report was that the lights had
come in contact with the power lines. In hindsight, it all sounds like a
risky combination: water main break, rain, tall metal poles, possible
fatigue, and high voltage power lines.

By the way, I was corrected earlier that "electrocution" means death. I
should have used the term "shocked." After I was corrected, I noticed that
when News Channel 8 first posted their news story earlier today, they also
used the term "electrocuted," but a half-hour later they changed the
headline to "shocked."
