Last I monitored (which hasn't been for some time) Tysons Corner security
was on 461.9875 [ d054]. The data carrier you are hearing on 461.9875 is
probably from 462.0000, which has a strong data signal on it. Note that
Tysons has never had a license for 461.9875, so maybe they've decided to get
off this frequency. Tysons has a license for 464.9375, which they've never
used. Maybe they've started using this frequency now??

yes, last I monitored, Tysons Galleria security was on 464.8250 [  94.8].
