[Scan-DC] CAP Freqs - was RE: FedEx field?

whoops, sorry about that... 

I got to wondering about CAP and looked on their website - when I googled it, I got this tagline:  "The Civil Air Patrol is the official civilian auxiliary of the United States Air Force"

I guess that means they would use military frequencies?
