[Scan-DC] VIPs scheduled for 11:30 in Ballston

On another note, Governor Kaine, senators, congressmen, and other
dignitaries are scheduled to be near my office here in Ballston at 11:30
this morning for a ceremonial groundbreaking for the new DARPA headquarters.
There will probably be a bunch of traffic on the VSP channels, congressional
security, Arlington police, etc. 700 N Quincy St, at the old Metrobus depot,
near Super Chicken (which is now closed, bummer).
