[Scan-DC] Ares 1-X launch is go for 11:00

And then it's back to no-go due to weather, with a next attempt of 11:08 am.
Suggest monitoring www.nasa.gov for further updates. The NASA weather folks
are calling the weather situation highly dynamic.
