[Scan-DC] Scan -OC - Medevac

OCFD has just called for an MSP helicopter (Trooper 4 from Salisbury) to medevac a patient after a fall on  120th Street (not too far from where I'm staying at 138th).  Patient fell down a flight of stairs - 56- or 66-year-old male (didn't catch which one).
