[Scan-DC] NORAD Flight Exercise Planned For Washington, D.C.

Is there some place I can listen to this online. I'm guessing no, but I'm
in Baltimore with just the antenna that came with my BCD396XT and betting
I can't hear much.
Any suggestions appreciated.
