26 Seeks Western Metro Relay - 8/24 - Washington's main PBS outlet,
Channel 26/WETA, is asking the Federal Communications Commission for
permission to put a relay operation in far western Montgomery County on
channel 31 in order to fill-in a western metro area coverage gap it says
it has via its DC-based digital signal on channel 27. The new channel 31
