[Scan-DC] Lots of Lightning by Bowie and Annapolis

As seen through my binoculars, whilst spying on the buildings with the
satellite dishes in Suitland. The activity is so far away that I can't
hear it, but I can see the many, many flashes. Expect downed trees and
power lines, and fire department dispatches, in PG and Anne Arundel
Counties both.
