[Scan-DC] Interesting aircraft over Seven Corners

Could it have been a helicopter?  An FBI Bell 407 was airborne at the time 
and as high 5500ft.  I'm not sure of it whereabouts though at the time.  It 
seems to have returned to Manassas around 2245.
