[Scan-DC] Weather -- Blame it on me

We got a warning in Gaithersburg at 4:48 but it passed to the north... never got anything here at all - Doppler 9000 looks clear as of now (9:20) and the forecast is down to 30% chance scattered showers and thunderstorms.
