[Scan-DC] Frederick URT incident

There was a chase headed toward Howard County a little while ago, I believe
on I-70. The chase resulted in a bailout and subsequent foot pursuit. I
didn't get a complete lookout or idea of what the subject(s) were wanted
for, but there was a mention of a weapons violation. Might this have been
it? HCPD made mention of monitoring Frederick TG A7. 

Also, is Frederick all encrypted, or is that Frederick City?

Frederick units and Montgomery County's Underwater Rescue Team working a
vehicle in the water in a quarry, somewhere in Frederick County.  Montgo
dispatcher describes it as an "active crime scene...with weapons" and the
result of a chase.

Fire ops are on Frederick 9-Charlie.
