Frederick units and Montgomery County's Underwater Rescue Team working a vehicle in the water in a quarry, somewhere in Frederick County.  Montgo dispatcher describes it as an "active crime scene...with weapons" and the result of a chase.

Fire ops are on Frederick 9-Charlie.
