[Scan-DC] Fairfax 2nd alarm gas-fed fire

Andy,
Yes, at least half the resources came from Arlington, maybe more.
The fire was exterior, but now the ongoing evacuation is the big story.
Several hundred senior citizens, ambulance buses from both Fairfax 
and Arlington on the scene, plus lots of manpower.
Still radio traffic on 4H operations, 4I command and 4J welfare.
