[Scan-DC] Fairfax 2nd alarm gas-fed fire

Jeff,

Was this possibly a shared call with Arlington? I was out and about this 
morning (without my scanner -- gasp!), and I found that Upton Hill Park in 
Arlington was closed off by police, and I saw Red Cross and 
command-post-type vehicles entering the park (which is not visible from 
surrounding streets). I walked up to the park on a bike trail, and found 
about a hundred senior citizens being sheltered there, with police taking 
names to get a count of who had evacuated safely. It appears that they came 
from a neighboring apartment building or senior center. I did not see any 
type of significant fire in any of the surrounding buildings, but I did not 
want to hang out there asking questions and risk getting in the way of PD. 
This was about a half hour ago (10:00 am).
