[Scan-DC] Countdown...

As of 11:37 PM, the following analog TV signals are still on the air, as 
received in Arlington:

Channel 4 (71.75 MHz audio): Nightlight (WRC)
Channel 5 (81.75 MHz audio): Nightlight (FOX-5)
Channel 6 (87.75 MHz audio): Spanish music (WDCN-LP)
Channel 14 (475.75 MHz audio): Spanish (WFDC)
Channel 22 (523.75 MHz audio): Nightlight (Not sure what station this is)
Channel 23 (529.75 MHz audio): Religious (WDDN)
Channel 25 (541.75 MHz audio): Spanish (WZDC)
Channel 47 (673.75 MHz audio): Spanish (WMDO)
Channel 58 (739.75 MHz audio, in narrowband FM!): Rap (WIAV)

The nightlight signals seem quite a bit weaker than their progenitors. Some 
of them are barely receivable on my TV set, despite being line-of-sight to 
all of these towers.

The channel 6 (WDCN-LP) signal is odd. Audio, but no corresponding video. 
Maybe they are trying to be an FM broadcast station, since their audio is 
just 250 kHz outside the band? I had not tuned this channel before now.

got that right - Blurp - 10-7! my tv just stopped working!

Not all of the stations had their clocks synchronized... I got to watch both
Channel 4 and Channel 5... 5 showed the engineer's finger on the button...
the news guys on 4 were doing a story on it and just had time to get in the
word "Bye!"

4 will be broadcasting an informational video for _2 weeks!_

22 and 67 are still on, for some reason, and 13 in Baltimore is apparently
cutting over at 12:30...
