IIRC (as if that's much good), is the TV is over 12" in screen size, have
been all you could buy in the US for a while now (three years, maybe?)
has been digital. I know that the little $19.95 portable analog TVs with
the 5" screen were still being sold. I found one in the trash last week
and snagged it. It had the wall wart with it. There are CECBs that run
off a battery pack, or a car's cigarette lighter, or a wall wart. With
such a CECB and a TV that runs off a DC power source, I could watch TV if
the power goes out.
