[Scan-DC] Is There a Constellation at JSOH This Year?

The TV commercial for the event, which I just saw on channel 7, shows a
Constellation. The footage has to be from a previous year. It's the TWA
Constellation based in Kansas City, MO, owned by  "Save-a-Connie." It was
at JSOH in 2005. I found this, and right away too, as I correctly guessed
the year on the first try:

Sorry for the irrational exuberance, but those were my exact words.

What was the tail number of the Constellation that just flew over
Alexandria headed west mere minutes ago? I heard the unmistakable sound
of
piston engines running flat out and thought that it was a boat on the
Potomac with twin 350 V-8s. The sound was coming from above, though, and
I looked up to see that one-of-a-kind empennage. I ran outside to watch
until the plane disappeared into the low-lying clouds.

It made my day. It really did. I haven't seen one in years. Was he coming
from Andrews?
