[Scan-DC] Holy Moley, It's a Constellation

Sorry for the irrational exuberance, but those were my exact words.

What was the tail number of the Constellation that just flew over
Alexandria headed west mere minutes ago? I heard the unmistakable of
piston engines running flat out and thought that it was a boat on the
Potomac with twin 350 V-8s. The sound was coming from above, though, and
I looked up to see that one-of-a-kind empannage. I ran outside to watch
until the plane disappeared into the low-lying clouds.

It made my day. It really did. I haven't seen one in years. Was he coming
from Andrews?
