FWIW -
Yes, you can sync your computers time with WWV, at least for certain kinds
of computers with the right kind of OS and sound card drivers, etc. See the
"reference clock" section of the official NTP documentation: *

Their (possibly unofficial) motto is along the lines of "The best time you
