[Scan-DC] Railroad Frequencies Active in Union Station Area

I'm trying to clean up some old railroad notes from Union Station.  Can
anyone offer guidance on specific uses for the following:
160.8000 [ CSQ] Amtrak Road?
160.9950 [ d023] Used by Amtrak, and it's a repeater.  Anyone know what they
use it for?
161.1450 [114.8] Not licensed in DC; maybe an input to
160.2900/160.3500/160.4400?
161.4450 [114.8] Same note as above.

Any other railroad frequencies in use in/around Union Station?
