AA county went digital this morning. All the PD talk groups have new IDs.

Seems District 3 (Eastern) is off the air. Normally very busy they  
have been silent for several hours. Fire Opns,MSP Glen Brnie, and TTY  
seem OK.

Other talkgroups not monitored.
