[Scan-DC] SAM 28000 or SAM 29000 DC flyover soon?

The problem was the public on the ground didn't know. You see an
airliner followed by a fighter, and you start to worry. They decided
against a public announcement, so the jet wouldn't be a target for an
attack, but then John Doe doesn't know everything is OK.
What are those flights out of BWI with the jet followed by another
smaller jet or trainer? I saw that a month after 9/11, and I started
worrying.
