[Scan-DC] Interstate 81 SB shut down

Interstate 81  South bound Shut down mile 284 Woodstock    Exit prior to 
toms brook to save ur self a back up.  3 tractor trailers one  fully engulfed 
at 1205AM still burning at 100 am with haz mat.One auto involved  was 10-50F 
 .  Over 10 rescue units called plus people  evacuated from Fairview Street 
next to interstate. As of 130AM people are still  being transported may be 
people stuck in traffic.  One fire  dept unit stuck in mud
