[Scan-DC] MPT moves Channel 62

I wonder what's gonna happen when the trees leaf out... for sure it won't be any better!
Thought Ch 62's xmitter was up here on that tower (on a hill) on I-270 near the Montgomery/Frederick line (but it's never really boomed in here in Gaitherbush), so that would be a straight shot down 270...
