[Scan-DC] MPT moves Channel 62

I've tried getting them in Alexandria. No dice, either analog or digital.
Whatever Maryland's version of Virginia's Bull Run Mountain is, it gets
in the way. Digital PBS is touch and go for me. Channel 22, which used to
come in better in analog than any other station (and I don't understand
that at all) now comes in not at all. Channel 26, in Arlington, used to
be impossible to get in analog. Digital, sometimes I get it and sometimes
not.
