I'll throw out another possibility I've been looking at for this, It is licensed at the Rt 270 truck stop tower at the Fred,Montg Co line. ground elevation is about 550 and the antenna height is listed at 300 feet on the tower. It is possible I could be hearing it in Berkeley Springs however the odd thing is the ERP is listed at only 16 watts. When I travel the Winchester, VA to Berkeley Springs corridor and generally the whole area up here, I can hear it mobile intelligibly just about everywhere. I ran a couple of terrain plot lines to different locations up here and there are some pretty good bumps and hills for signal to make it across if this is the correct location. Maybe someone can catch a close call hit to be able to confirm that this is the correct location for the transmitter. The other thing that I have on this net is that it is linked to several others including 151.3175, 159.09, & 155.37 all with a DPL of 631. I haven't been able to catch an input frequency yet.
