[Scan-DC] Gunshots in the Cafeteria, four shot in the lobby

I think it may be training... I think I heard something similar on the Major Incident 5 TG earlier this morning (around 10), heard something about "put(ting) your brass (shells) in a bucket" and reporting for a debriefing.
