[Scan-DC] Montgomery County and 911 Disconnects

Last week I was in an office when someone accidentally dialed "910" while
getting an outside line. They hung up, and then the county called back. The
county was told the call was a mistake. The county then said that an officer
may call us or show up to confirm, and that this was a new policy. Sure
enough, a little while later two officers came in to check. They insisted on
meeting the caller.

I remember that one... nasty.
But, have they always sent a car out on disconnects when they (PD) call
back, make contact, and there's nothing suspicious?
I do know that if they call back, get through, and hear anything weird in
the background, or if a woman answers and they have any reason to suspect
domestic violence or that something is wrong, they'll go...
