[Scan-DC] Montgomery County and 911 Disconnects

I remember that one... nasty.

But, have they always sent a car out on disconnects when they (PD) call back, make contact, and there's nothing suspicious?

I do know that if they call back, get through, and hear anything weird in the background, or if a woman answers and they have any reason to suspect domestic violence or that something is wrong, they'll go...
